Getting Started

Signing up is easy as ABC

The Outpost Health App is available in the Google Play store or on our own web site.
Simply follow these steps.

Set up your Account

  • Go to and click Login / Signup.
  • Select Register as a Patient and enter your email address.
  • You will receive a security code in your email inbox (Please also check your spam/junk folder). This code expires 1 hour after it is sent to you.
  • Congratulations, you are now registered! Please login with your email address and password.

Complete your Medical Records

Update your Medical Records and Medications to help your Outpost Doctors provide the best care and treatment plans for you.

See a Doctor or Healthcare Provider

Now that your account is set up, you can see your Doctor or Healthcare Provider by following these steps:

Making the Appointment

  • After you login to your Outpost Health account, click Video Consult on the blue menu (Left side of the screen)
  • Select the Country where you would like to see a Doctor
  • Choose your Doctor or Clinic
  • Book a Time and Date
  • Select and describe your Symptoms

Before your Appointment starts

  • Check your email or text messages (if you have a mobile phone) for confirmation of your appointment.
  • 15 minutes before your appointment time, another reminder will be sent.
  • Login at least 15 minutes before your appointment time.
  • Update your Medical Records and Medications.
  • Click Waiting Room to begin your appointment.

After your Appointment

At the end of your video consult, your Doctor will discuss your diagnosis and treatment plans. This may include lab tests, referrals or prescriptions if needed. Our Doctors do not prescribe narcotics or other controlled medications.
